Unwired get’s lifesaving funds from Intel

Intel has invested AUS$37 Million into Australian based wireless broadband company Unwired. These much needed funds will allow the provider to expand to other Australian states.
Good to see some sizeable investment movement in this area locally. Good sign that there is strong expectation of renewed growth.

Wouldn’t be anything to do with the fact that the spectrum Unwired has licensed is the same as that required for WiMAX?!
